We will farm the BiS trinket from The War Within Season 3 for your character by completing dungeons based on your chosen item level for up to 5 attempts. Our pros will do their best according to their comp to maximize the trinket drop chances. For example, if there's a Druid tank, they will use Restoration spec if you buy a healing trinket.

Refund Policy and RNG protection system
Due to loot rules and RNG, we cannot provide a guaranteed item quote since it can take 2 attempts or 20... Therefore we have created the following policy:
- if your selected item/s drop after 1 or 2 tries, you will get a 20% Blazing Points refund;
- if your selected item/s don't drop after 5 tries, the service is considered complete;
- if your selected item/s didn't drop, you can purchase another 7 attempts at 30% off;
This protects the integrity of the service and ensures both yourself as well as the team have "Insurance".
As you may imagine, it is possible for this service to go on endlessly if the RNG happens to be that bad. Our team cannot keep going after a certain point. At the same time, we don't want you to overpay if the RNG is in your favor.

How do I talk directly with your support?

Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account.
