About our Liberation of Undermine Boost
With the release of The War Within Expansion's Season 2 in February 2025 during Patch 11.1, so too has come the time for us to plunge into the second raid of the expansion, the Liberation of Undermine. Featuring a full-fledged 8 boss Raid, this new patch will take us down to the heart of the Goblin Trade Empire to battle Jastor Gallywix, Goblinkind's former Faction Leader. We'll also very likely be seeing a lot of other familiar faces liek Gazlowe and Marin Noggenfogger.
As usual, there will be 4 raid difficulties for the new WoW LOU raid. Normal, Heroic, Mythic, and LFR, which is expected to come in waves. The loot that we will get from the raid start from 623-635 item levels from LFR, all the way to 674 item level from the Mythic difficulty.
And honestly? Things are looking pretty hype this time around. Although the War Within had a somewhat low-key launch in comparison to past expansions, probably since a lot of the playerbase is still reeling from the debacle that was Shadowlands, the recent Undermine leaks have actually managed to stir up a little bit of excitement. No wonder, as Nerub'Ar Palace was a really well put together raid, not too difficult and not too easy, with bosses fun enough to largely retain playercount even later into the season.
What's more, with the super fast paced seasonal releases that Blizzard proposed during and after the War Within, the quick pace at which new content will release has players on their toes and playing a good bit more than they usually would. Great lore, well known bosses (who doesn't love our boy Gallywix?) and some really interesting new additions to the game make Undermine the first thing to generate a great deal of hype since Castle Nathria all the way back in Shadowlands.
And since the new season is right around the corner, very likely to release around Feb 25th, right after Plunderstorm ends, players are already scrambling to prep their characters for the rush of clearing Normal as soon as the Raid drops. Of course, people are gonna want to get their hands on their new Bis Trinkets & Tier Set armor peices, so you can expect that there'll be people delving the Undermine morning, noon and night, in both pugs and guild runs.
But, if you don't have a guild of your own, you'll know just how tough it can be to get a good raid in within the first few weeks of release. Since everything's going to be saturated with people trying to pug, unless you've got top tier gear, Cutting Edge from Season 1 and at least a few logged attempts under your belt, good luck getting invited. And even if you manage to squeeze your way into a pug, you can almost guarantee that there'll be at least one questionably sane player in there, and if that just so happens to be the group leader, you might be in for a really tough time.
It can get really frustrating to try and push for the full clear, only to end up wasting hours of your precious gaming time wiping, or waiting for the raid to fill back up after people leave from the very first hiccup. Sadly, relying on LFG is never a good idea in modern day WoW. Pugging can be a real drag, and even guild runs can take weeks to grind through.
Unless, of course, you decide to run with us!
