We will complete a Heroic difficulty Throne of Thunder raid run for your character. However, in the first few resets, the supply is flexible, as we may have a guild able to carry a 13/13 Heroic for some classes on a realm, and on your realm we maybe can do only 11/13 Heroic, for example. Therefore, we ask you to contact our support or buy this product with the flexible and customizable options:
- Choose how many bosses you want us to kill (which is useful if you want to get the achievements and start using your bonus rolls)
- Choose how many guaranteed epics you want to receive from our raid leader. If you choose x1 item, for example, it must be a raid drop granted to you from the raid organisation, and NOT a bonus roll! These epics may come from any of the earlier bosses.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
a) In the first resets, we ask you to be flexible and understand if we ask to Pilot your character (with a VPN to keep you safe, of course). In case of delays, we will refund you any delivery speed options extra costs, and give you a compensation according to the case.
b) Mirage Raceway [EU] and Pagle [US] are the new Mega Realms implemented few months ago, combining more servers into one. Remember, Mirage Raceway [EU] contains Garalon, Norushen, Shek'zeer, and Hoptallus and Pagle [US] contains Nazgrim, Galakras, Ra-den, and Lei Shen. We support all of these realms.

Requirements & Rules
- Active WoW Subscription & Level 90 Character with access to the Isle of Thunder
- With the item guarantee service, we guarantee ANY type of raid loot that your character can use. The raid team will try not to give you items that are equal or worse than your current gear of course, but this may be a bit hard to control if your desired loot does not drop or if you are very well geared already.
- If your bonus loot rolls trigger a successful item drop, it will NOT count towards your guaranteed loot purchase.
- If you want to target a specific item to push your BiS gear set, we encourage you to let your booster know. In many occasions, it is possible to organise a raid around your request and try to reserve that item for you, but it may not drop and we may have to give you another item
- If you ONLY want a specific item(s) and nothing else, contact us and we will offer you a custom service and price to ensure you are boosted until THAT item drops. Usually, we offer systems with a partial refund if the item drops early, so if the RNG gods bless you, you can pay less!

What happens after I have paid?
Once your order has been purchased, you will receive a chat confirmation from our support. Our boosters will start applying to take your order, and our support will choose the booster that fits you best. In the meanwhile, we can always chat 24/7 to answer any question or doubt you may have.
Can I talk with my booster?
Yes, always. You will constantly be in touch with our assigned booster through a group chat, and our support will be present to monitor the conversation. If you need quick help or intervention, you can message us directly or ping our support in the order chat.
How do I talk directly with your support?
There's many ways to communicate with us, the fastest being our website livechat, called the Blazing Chat. You can access it from the bottom right of your screen. We are online 24/7/365 with no downtime, and you can message us even now if you want!
Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account.
