Rules for the Blazing 2025 Black Friday event

Lasting from the 28th of November until the 5th of December, we're hosting our Black Friday event. Everyone is invited!

To partake, you can use the baseline discount code 'TAKEOFF15', but to really go beyond and gain amazing buffs, you will need to get yourself a ticket: You can pick a Regular or a Premium ticket, both with a unique set of benefits. But be sure to pick the right one since you can only upgrade your ticket; downgrades aren't possible!

How it works

All customers can use the unlimited code 'LIFTOFF15' for 15% off on any purchase. However, to truly take part in all the benefits at your disposal, you must purchase a ticket. They come in two varieties: Regular or Premium. Please keep in mind that only with a Premium Ticket, your unlimited code goes up: from 15% to 18%!

Can I swap or upgrade tickets?

You can upgrade a Regular ticket to a Premium ticket by simply informing the Support. They will reach out and help guide you through the process of acquiring the Premium ticket. However, please note that downgrading a ticket isn't possible.

Regular Ticket benefits

Double Seasonal Battlepass progression per order (added once the event is over)
45 Blazing Points (valued at €40 with 5 BPs extra) to use immediately upon purchase of the ticket

Choose your extra benefit:

30% OFF (up to €80 max discountable amount) if the combined value of the services you purchased is €100 or above,
1000 XP for your VIP level (recommended if you're below level 6 to push for more benefits), or,
100 XP (worth €100) Added to your Seasonal Battlepass Progress (on a game of your choosing) to get closer to or unlock a Milestone containing a reward.

Premium Ticket benefits

Double Seasonal Battlepass progression per order (added once the event is over)
90 Blazing Points (worth €90) to use immediately upon purchase of the ticket for any service(s) of your choosing

Choose your extra benefit:

40% OFF (up to €100 max discountable amount) if the combined value of the services you purchased is €180 or above,
2000 XP for your VIP level (recommended if you're below level 6 and want to unlock more benefits), or,
200 XP (worth €200) Added to your Seasonal Battlepass Progress (on a game of your choosing) to reach a new Milestone and unlock a powerful reward

Additional Notes

All perks apply only to orders placed between Monday, the 17th of November, and Black Friday, the 28th of November
Discounts and XP Points (both VIP and Seasonal) are applied automatically by our support after verification.
Any abuse or attempt to refund or swap between tickets when clearly there was a use of the given benefits will result in exclusion from the event, and you won't be able to partake in it.

FAQ

What is the difference between a Regular and a Premium ticket?

Other than the name, the difference between the Regular and the Premium ticket lies in the benefits that you will receive during the event.

Both tickets will grant you the ability to receive double XP for your Battlepass with every purchase made during the event (and will be added after the event's completion). However, the key difference lies in the additional bonuses. The Premium ticket offers:
- More blazing points (extra 10 on top);
- Greater discount codes (40%, up from 30% for the Regular)
- The amount of Battlepass XP gain is 100 more (200 for Premium and 100 for Regular)

You will also receive an upgrade to your baseline code, making it up to 18% (the Regular ticket only allows for 15%).

Can I upgrade from the Regular to a Premium ticket?

Absolutely!
All you need to do is tell the support if you've changed your mind.
Of course, if you've already made a purchase, or the Blazing Points have been awarded to you, the support can remove them and you will be given a clean slate to start off from.

When do I receive the benefits listed in my ticket?

You will receive the Blazing Points immediately from our support (if you have made a ticket purchase, you can also prompt them if the points haven't been allocated yet).

If you choose to get the extra XP for your Battlepass or VIP level, you need to ask our support to add it manually. The same goes for the discount code: the moment you have fulfilled the requirements, you can ask our support to check, and subsequently, they will deliver the code for you.

How long do these benefits list?

As you may already be aware, Blazing Points and your VIP level do not expire, so you can use them whenever you want.

The Discount codes have an expiration until December 31st, 2025, while the XP points for your Seasonal Battlepass only last until the Season is active.
