- Do not wait until super late season. For a relaxed and controlled Road to Ascendant, you should either preorder or book when there are 1-2 weeks left before the season ends (at least).
- Play a class and build with which you can confidently earn around 1800/2000 rating in Competitive Crucible. You need to contribute a bit, especially when games get tougher at higher ratings.
- After meeting your fireteam, you can start asking how the Competitive Crucible is feeling, what's the current Meta, ask for good PvP Builds and any other doubts you may have. In the meanwhile, you should practice in 3v3 Competitive Crucible, Trials or Rumble, watch streams, be in shape, and know how to play the comp (as much as possible).
- Make sure to always schedule a time to play at with our pros, when you are relaxed and focused. Our players will do the same! Good time management, together with proper committment from both parties is essential to have a good experience. In case of constant delays or scheduling problems, inform us and we will find another team that suits your schedule. Our support is always able to help.

Let's make a practical example! If you play Hunter and want to push Ascendant, learning the meta and crafting a specific build for your class is key for your performance and success in the Competitive Crucible. If you decide to use your 2 Personal Teacher hours, your teacher will be a pro Hunter, part of your same group chat with your 3v3 team. In general, our teachers can help you maximize your character with a lot of tips and tricks on how to play as a Hunter and make the most out of it and the current meta.
You can also use the Personal Teacher part of the package in a way where your teacher live spectates you as you play Competitive Crucible. Imagine if the enemy team is coming to push or to start surrounding you and your pro tells you to run away a few yards - these small plays can make a big difference at higher ratings. You'll need it.
You can also receive feedback on your recorded Competitive Crucible footage (before, or after you start the push with your Blazing assigned team). We really want you to get Ascendant and we know that a pro that know the ins and outs of your class and the current meta is really helpful. Getting completely carried is not always possible!

IN GAME REQUIREMENTS
- Access to Competitive Crucible
- Although it's not particullary required, we recommend you to own / obtain some good PvP gear such as Weapons and Exotic Armor Pieces, as well as having the Subclasses unlocked to craft the best PvP build for you. Our pros will help you by recommending builds based on your current gear, as well as recommend any other item that you can get to help you.
REFUND RULES
- As a general rule, Coaching services cannot guarantee you any rating or particular rewards. Please understand how we have no idea how experienced you are in PvP and we don't know how far can our professional players help you in the Competitive Crucible. We can assure you we will grant you players of great performance - if that isn't the case, let us know right away so that we can reassign you to a better comp / group!
- If you have not earned Ascendant at the end of the allotted time, we cannot guarantee you a refund. You can, however, add more time (example: 2 hours) and finish the push with a custom price.
- If you are unhappy about the service's progress, please inform us immediately. In general, refunds for completed hours are difficult, unless there is undeniable proof (such as a recording / video) of poor performance; if that's the case, we could reset part of the hours or give you free time with another team according to the circumstance.

What happens after I have paid?

Do I need to register before buying?

Who are your boosters?
- In general, every booster is tested multiple times per month and must sign a contract and verify their identity with us. No randoms.
